Some interesting cases treated over the years at Pacific Endodontics.
Regeneration
Pulpal necrosis of an immature lower premolar due to a dens evaginatus. Regeneration procedures were utilized.
16 month recall shows healing periapical tissues and root end closure.
Apical Surgery and Cyst Removal
Apical surgery was performed on the upper first molar along with the removal of a golf ball sized cyst. Conservative microsurgical techniques were utilized to maintain bone integrity.
6 month recall shows healing periapical tissues and bone deposition.
Retreatment with post and instrument removal
Separated instrument and post were removed followed by retreatment of the lower second molar.
Immediate post treatment radiograph shows completed retreatment
